B-Cell depletion therapies are highly effective but can leave your immune system in a fragile state. Tracking how B-Cells reconstitute and recover over time is complex and differs for everyone.
We seek to identify molecular biomarkers in blood samples that help clinicians make safer, personalized decisions about dosing, timing, and flare prevention.

Small Samples
A Bigger Picture
The blood samples and health information you share will help us in two important ways:

We look at your immune cells one by one - thousands of them from each sample - to see what your B cells are doing at that moment. Put your samples side by side over nine months and you get something that doesn't really exist right now: a detailed picture of what these treatments do to a person's immune system over time.
02
Your samples join a research dataset that scientists use to figure out why these treatments work better for some people than others. The samples from before a first dose are the hardest ones to get, which makes them some of the most useful data in this field. By collecting at these moments, you're helping to build more precise treatments for patients like you.

You may be Eligible if you:
Age 18 or older
Have an autoimmune diagnosis - lupus, RA, MG, NMOSD, Sjögren’s, IgG4-RD, or another
Currently on, or about to start or switch to, a deep B-cell depleting treatment (Rituxan, Uplizna, Gazyva, ianalumab, or a trial therapy)
Able to show your diagnosis and your treatment
Able to collect at home, on your own or with help
Not eligible if pregnant or planning to become pregnant, have active cancer, or have HIV or another chronic infection that suppresses the immune system.
