Here's an overview video on how to collect and package your sample.

You can collect Monday - Friday, as long as you get your sample to an ImYoo-authorized FedEx location the SAME DAY as your collection by the CUT-OFF TIME. If you want an at-home pickup, request one a day in advance. Ask ImYoo for your nearest ImYoo-authorized FedEx location and its cut-off time. You cannot collect at night and bring it to a FedEx the next morning.

Have your ice packs been frozen for at least 24h?Do you have all the supplies you need at home:The sample collection deviceThe return label and the original shipping kit Tape, to close your package for shippingDid you drink 1-2 glasses of water before? (Optional, but can help with collecting enough blood)

Your package has a pre-paid return label. You will either drop it off at an ImYoo-authorized FedEx by the cut-off time same-day or we’ll coordinate a pickup for you.
