- 03You can collect Monday - Thursday, as long as you get your sample to an ImYoo-authorized FedEx location the SAME DAY as your collection by the CUT-OFF TIME. If you want an at-home pickup, request one a day in advance. Ask ImYoo for your nearest ImYoo-authorized FedEx location and its cut-off time. You cannot collect at night and bring it to a FedEx the next morning.
- 04Your 3 baseline samples are spaced 1 month apart (Day 0, Day 30, Day 60). If you flare within those 60 days, we will collect that flare sample! The maximum number of samples to collect in these 60 days is 3 baseline and 3 flare samples. If you can't recall how many samples you've collected thus far, ask us to send you your sample summary. We remind you about your monthly baseline samples. And you decide when to collect your flare samples. We will send you weekly reminders to collect a flare sample until we've collected all 3 flares from you.
- 05You should’ve received an email confirmation for your collection time. Go to that email and select the reschedule option or just cancel, if you are unsure when to collect. If you cannot find this email, just text 650-869-9335 and a coordinator will work with you to find an alternative time.
- 061. Did you freeze your ice packs overnight? 2. Do you have all the supplies you need at home: 1. The sample collection device 2. The return box with foam inserts and tupperware 3. Tape, to close your package for shipping 3. Did you drink 1-2 glasses of water before? (Optional, but can help with collecting enough blood)
- 07Text us to make this request: 650-869-9335. We may need to prioritize support resources for those collecting flare samples above those collecting baseline samples.
- 08Your package has a pre-paid return label. You will either drop it off at an ImYoo-authorized FedEx by the cut-off time same-day or we’ll coordinate a pickup for you.
